Shipping and Payments

Deadlines for our international delivery:

Your order will be processed within 72 hours. The delivery is of 7 to 10 days.

In any case, if you do not receive your item within 40 days then we will refund you in full and you can keep the item when you receive it.

Note: The design of the packaging may differ from one order to another, however the content remains unchanged.

Secure payments:

We use the the most secure platforms on the Internet: Paypal! This platform is external to our servers, that's why none of your information (card number, account number, password...) is accessible! You can therefore make your purchases in complete security.

In addition, if you have any problems with any of our services, (which should not happen) you can directly contact these platforms to receive a refund.

Right of withdrawal: 

ICE X reserves the right to refuse or terminate / cancel orders when there has been a site malfunction or an error such as a technical difficulty or an incorrect price displayed. Customer information will be facilitated immediately after what has been notified to us and any payment already received from the customer will be refunded.
